Return & Refund Policy
All coaching sessions, programs, and digital services offered through Coaching with Madison are non-refundable once delivered. This work is deeply personal and energetic, every session is prepared with intention, presence, and care.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can honor both your time and mine. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) or missed appointments are considered completed sessions and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Not Satisfied?
Your transformation matters. If something feels misaligned after a session, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment. While refunds are not guaranteed, I believe in energetic integrity and will do my best to support a solution that honors both of us.

European Union Clients
If you're located in the EU, please note that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to coaching services that have already begun. However, if you purchase a digital product or service and have not yet accessed or booked it, you may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase.
