3. Orders & Billing

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date payment and contact information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s platform. We do not store or access your full payment details.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
If you need to reschedule, please give 24 hours’ notice to honor both our time.
If you are dissatisfied with a session, please reach out within 48 hours—we’re committed to compassionate resolution where possible.
